Hormone Harmony OC is a private, physician-led women’s primary care practice focused on continuous, relationship-based care that allows for greater depth, access, and personalization.
If you’re interested in becoming a member, the first step is to request an appointment. Membership is discussed during your visit and, if appropriate, initiated together at that time.

Signature Consultation
$500
Begin with an unhurried, in-person 1 hour consultation designed to understand the full context of your health—including primary care, hormones, metabolism, and how you’ve been feeling in your body.
This is a physician-led visit where your health story comes into focus and a personalized path forward takes shape.
INCLUDES:
Comprehensive primary care and wellness assessment
Personalized laboratory and preventive health evaluation, including DEXA, mammography coordination, and advanced testing when appropriate
Discussion of hormone therapy options and individualized treatment planning, when desired and clinically appropriate
Lifestyle, stress, sleep, and emotional wellness assessment
Focused Hormone Consulation
$300
A 30-minute focused consultation for women seeking clarity, answers, and next steps for hormone-related concerns.
This visit is intentionally focused and does not include a full primary care evaluation.
INCLUDES:
Focused review of symptoms and hormone-related concerns
Targeted discussion of appropriate laboratory evaluation, when indicated
Initial, individualized treatment strategy and next-step planning

A 25-minute virtual visit for focused follow-up care including laboratory review, symptom reassessment, treatment adjustments, or refinement of your personalized care plan.
Available selectively for non-members. Ongoing, comprehensive care is best experienced through the membership model.
Ongoing care through membership
Hormone Harmony Membership
A private, concierge-style membership providing continuous, relationship-based care with a single physician for primary care, prevention, and hormone health.
Membership with Hormone Harmony OC establishes an ongoing physician-patient relationship, with Dr. Kimberly Bekemeier serving as your primary care physician while you are an active member.
One-time consultations do not include ongoing care or primary care designation.

Ongoing hormone evaluation and personalized management
Preventative care, screening coordination, and proactive health planning
Structured follow-up visits every 8-12 weeks (approximately 30 minutes)
Priority scheduling for both virtual and in-person visits
Direct physician messaging with timely responses
Access for acute care, including common illnesses and appropriate prescriptions when needed
Early access to select wellness and community offerings
Credit applied towards membership enrollment

MEMBERSHIP CREDIT
When you enroll within 7 days of your Signature Consult, $250 will be applied towards your first membership payment
Wellness & Mindset Coaching

PER SESSION
A 45 minute virrual session designed to help you create clarity, build sustainable habits and navigate life transitions.
These sessions are non-medical in nature and do not include medical evaluation, lab review, diagnosis, prescription management or medical advice.
INSURANCE & OUTSIDE COSTS
What membership does—and does not—cover
Hormone Harmony OC operates outside of insurance to prioritize access, time, and a continuous physician relationship. Membership includes ongoing care with Dr. Kimberly Jackson Bekemeier and a personalized, physician-led approach to your health.
Patients may use their insurance independently for services such as laboratory testing, imaging, and prescriptions, depending on their individual plan benefits and coverage. Hormone Harmony OC does not bill insurance directly
HSA/FSA funds may be used for eligible services when applicable. Patients should confirm eligibility and coverage details with their individual plan administrator.
