Hormone Harmony OC is a private, physician-led women’s primary care concierge practice focused on continuous, relationship-based care that allows for greater depth, access, and personalization.
If you’re interested in becoming a member, the first step is to request an appointment. Membership is discussed during your visit and, if appropriate, initiated together at that time.

The Signature Consultation is designed for a comprehensive evaluation of your overall health. It is the first step to Dr. Kimberly becoming your PCP.
The Hormone Consultation provides a focused starting point for hormone-related concerns.

Care at Hormone Harmony OC typically begins in one of two ways, depending on your health priorities.
The Signature Consultation is a comprehensive evaluation of your overall health and the first step toward Dr. Kimberly becoming your PCP.
The Focused Hormone Consultation is a focused starting point for hormone-related concerns. It is for women who already have a PCP, but want dedicated time with a physician trained in menopause care.

Signature Consultation

Begin with an unhurried, one-hour, in-person consultation designed to understand the full picture of your health, including primary care, hormones, metabolism, and how you’ve been feeling in your body.
This physician-led visit is where your health story comes into focus and a personalized path forward takes shape.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Comprehensive primary care and wellness assessment
Personalized laboratory and preventive health evaluation, including coordination of DEXA scans, mammograms, and advanced testing when appropriate
Discussion of hormone therapy options and an individualized treatment plan, when desired and clinically appropriate
Lifestyle, stress, sleep, and emotional wellness assessment
Focused Hormone Consultation
$300
A 30-minute consultation for women seeking clarity, answers, and next steps on hormone-related concerns.
This visit is intentionally focused on your hormone health and does not include a full primary care evaluation. It’s a great fit if you already have a primary care physician you love.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Review of your symptoms and hormone-related concerns
Discussion of which labs make sense for you, when indicated
An initial, individualized treatment strategy and clear next-steps, including prescriptions when appropriate

A 25-minute virtual visit after your initial consultation for lab review, symptom reassessment, treatment adjustments, or refining your personalized care plan.
Follow-up visits are available to non-members for a limited time after your initial consult.
Ongoing care requires a membership, either the Signature Care Membership (with Dr. Kimberly as your PCP) or the Hormone Membership.

A private concierge membership offering continuous, relationship-based care with one physician for primary care, prevention, and hormone health.
As an active member, Dr. Kimberly Jackson Bekemeier serves as your primary care physician in an ongoing physician-patient relationship.
One-time consultations do not include ongoing care or primary care designation..

Structured follow-up visits every 8-12 weeks (approximately 30 minutes)
Priority scheduling for both virtual and in-person visits
Direct messaging with Dr. Kimberly, with timely responses
Acute care for common illnesses, including prescriptions when needed
One 30-minute virtual wellness and mindset coaching session each month
Early access to select wellness and community events
Credit applied towards membership enrollment

Enroll within 7 days of your Signature Consultation, and $250 will be applied toward your first membership payment.

Ongoing, physician-led hormone care for women who already have a primary care physician. Includes unlimited hormone follow-ups, refills, and dose adjustments; direct messaging with Dr. Kimberly; priority scheduling; and a complimentary annual wellness deep-dive (a $300 value).

Wellness & Mindset Coaching
$200
PER SESSION
A 30-minute virtual session focused on the lifestyle factors behind your health, and the mindset that makes your goals achievable.
These sessions are non-medical and do not include medical evaluation, lab review, diagnosis, prescription management, or medical advice.
INSURANCE & OUTSIDE COSTS
What membership does and does not cover
Hormone Harmony OC operates outside of insurance to prioritize access, time, and a continuous physician relationship. Your membership covers your ongoing care with Dr. Kimberly Jackson Bekemeier and a personalized, physician-led approach to your health.
You can still use your insurance for services outside the practice, such as lab testing, imaging, and prescriptions, depending on your plan’s benefits.
Hormone Harmony OC does not bill insurance directly
HSA/FSA funds may be used for eligible services when applicable. Patients should confirm eligibility and coverage details with their individual plan administrator.
